We understand that our customers' privacy is important. All orders are packed and delivered with complete discretion assured - you don't have to worry! Orders are shipped using a nondescript return address and without any indication of the package contents, no brand names, or our company name. Your credit or debit card statement will show either our parent company name 'New Horizons' or 'Paypal' so you can buy from us with complete confidence.

2nd Class Recorded: 3-5 working days from order date - £2.99 (free with orders over £40)
1st Class Recorded: 2-3 working days from order date - £4.50

Please note that customers must ensure that they are available to receive the goods.

Royal Mail undertake to deliver to the correct address, but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee. This will be taken as satisfactory proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any items delivered to the correct address which have been signed for but not received by the addressee.

My corset is too small! Please note that corsets are supplied fully tightened and will seem much too small when you first inspect it - until you let out the laces at the back which will expand the garment by several sizes. If you need to make a return you have 14 days (30 days for international customers) from the day you receive your order in which to let us know that you're returning an item and then a further 14 days to send it back to us. Returns should be sent to:

Please initially check your new garment for size over your normal underwear and a t-shirt or similar, to avoid body odours or other contaminants to touch the garment, just in case you need to return it.

You must notify us of any faults before wearing the item, so please check it thoroughly before putting it on.

If you need to return something it must not have been worn (other than to try on) and must be returned in the same beautiful new and re-saleable condition which includes its box that you received it (so if you have ripped the box open in your excitement or crushed it we will not accept the return, sorry!).

It should still have the manufacturer tags fixed to the garment and it should be returned packaged in the same manner as it was received using all the original packing. It is your responsibility to ensure that it does not become crushed or damaged in the return post because if the product box is damaged we will not accept the return and the item will be sent back to you. Please also make sure to include the returns slip that comes with your order. Your postal costs of returning an item will be refunded only (and solely) if the return is as a result of our error, for example if we sent the wrong colour.

Exclusions:
Stockings. Because of the fragile nature of stockings, they cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging or tried on.
Underwear (bras and knickers). We don't accept returns of underwear for hygiene reasons.

It is your responsibility to return items to us safely and in *new* condition suitable for resale. We therefore recommend you pack your returns with care and send with insurance cover to avoid financial loss should the item be lost or become damaged. Overseas customers should check with their local postal service for the appropriate service. Overseas customers are also requested not to return items via courier as this might result in an attempt by the courier to charge import duty; in which case we will refuse delivery and the item will be returned back to you.

Damaged items that are not returned because of damage will be assumed to have been damaged in return post and in such circumstances we reserve the right to refuse any refund if we think that the damage is sufficient that the item is not resaleable. In this case if you want your items returning to you, you will be asked to cover the full postage cost plus a supplement to offset our administration costs.

Right to Cancel:
Under distance selling regulations you have a "cooling-off" period of fourteen days, during which time you may cancel the order, or if the order is delivered during that time, you may return the item for a full refund. If you choose to take this option please be sure to obtain a dated proof of posting.

A special note about refunds via PayPal:
When a refund or partial refund is made, the funding source of the original payment determines how the refund is credited to you by PayPal.
1. Where the Payment is funded with a bank account or PayPal balance the refund is credited to your PayPal balance.
2. Payments funded using a credit or debit card will be refunded to the appropriate card.*
3. Where the payment funding is split between a card and another funding source, PayPal refunds the card portion to the card and the remainder to your PayPal account.
*Refunds to your card can take up to 30 days depending on the issuing bank.

eCheque refunds may appear as "Pending" for up to 9 working days.

Refund Timescales:
We usually action refunds on the same working day as the goods are received back but it can sometimes take longer. As you can see from the above PayPal notes it can take longer for the funds to show in your account depending on the method of payment chosen. When we have reversed the transaction on our system an email will be generated to advise you that the refund has been actioned and will be sent to the email address you have given us in your account. It is important that this email address be valid and up-to-date for you to receive this notification. Normally it will be much less but please don't badger us about your refund until you have allowed 14 days for us to process it.

When do we refuse a refund?:
Clearly we can't let people enjoy wearing our clothes and then return them for their money back but a proportion of people try to do exactly this. Therefore we check all returned items for signs of wear and tear, unusual smells or other contaminants. If we refuse your refund we will not send it back to you unless you pay for our postage and admin costs which will be a mimimum of £15.
